The Love of the Whole

In everything we look at, the love of the Whole is present. In each instant, there is a path to connect with the Whole, pulsing at every moment as an eternal unity. When we realize this, a natural sense of gratitude for existence emerges.

To connect with this, we must remain open, attentive, and coherent with our full presence. This openness is maintained through the process of continuously being in the present, body and soul, following the heart while being conscious of everything: sounds, smells, sensations. But never attaching to anything. The moment you attach, you close yourself off and lose. Lose the connection with the moment, lose the opportunity to delight in the present.

This connection is the only one that matters. This peace and tranquility of not needing to worry about or control the next moment is the true divine gift. Unfortunately, and frequently, we trade this gift for an illusion. For an attachment of the mind, attachment to control, attachment to desires.

Preserving this gratitude and natural love that arise are the fuel for this journey.

And from there, everything becomes fuel: each activity, person, sensation, thought, feeling, and experience become a step on the ladder that leads us to know our true Self.

This process is a dive into the experience of living in peace, in love and harmony with the Whole. This is your growth process, which cannot be compared with that of any other person, as it is unique and indescribable. To some extent, it resembles the process of surrender during a run. You overcome your resistances and begin to experience more satisfaction, and physical discomfort loses its weight of suffering.

This can be practiced at every moment, before any resistance presented by the ego that prevents us from living the present in a complete and sufficient way.

This is also not in disagreement with doing good work or desiring to progress materialistically speaking. But it's about enjoying life completely, regardless of how it presents itself at any given moment.
